摘要
密封的好坏对涡流空气分级机的分级成品质量有重要影响。本文对传统的机械密封方式及其原理进行分析,指出其特点与不足,并采用动态叶轮密封原理,对密封结构进行改进与设计,在生产中应用取得良好效果。
Sealing effect has great influence on the final product of vortex classifier. This paper made an analysis on the principle of mechanical sealing and traditional mode of sealing. The characteristics and shortage of such sealing are given by the author. Using the principle of dynamic blade wheel to improve sealing structure has gain good result in actual production.
