摘要
介绍了洁净和超洁净无菌灌装生产的工艺及设备。洁净和超洁净无菌灌装PET瓶的技术与热灌装PET瓶的技术相比,其优势非常明显,能够最大程度地保持产品的营养成分和风味,特别适合对热敏感的饮料产品。以果汁饮料为例,说明选择合理的工艺,应用HACCP管理方法,无菌灌装技术会逐步替代热灌装技术,具有良好的经济效益和发展前景。
Clean and ultra-clean aseptic filling is described. Compared with PET hot filling, clean and ultra-clean aseptic filling has some obvious advantages, e.g. the maximum maintenance of the nutrients and flavour of beverages, particularly those of heatsensitive ones. With juice drinks as an example,through the application of proper technology and HACCP, the substitution of clean and ultra-clean aseptic filling for hot filling is forecasted to bring high economic benefits and have bright prospects.
