摘要
[目的]观察不同运动处方对单纯性肥胖职业女性减肥效果及其心理影响。[方法]某高校单纯性肥胖职业女性15名,分为肥胖与超重实验组,采用不同运动处方进行10周实验,测定形态指标、血糖、血脂、血胰岛素、瘦素指标,并进行实验前后的比较。心理状况采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)。[结果]实验对象的BMI、腰围、血糖、血脂、血胰岛素、瘦素与减肥前比较其差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。而且能明显改善心理健康状况。[结论]不同运动处方具有明显控制体重、降低体内瘦素和胰岛素水平及改善心理健康状况。
[ Objective ] To observe different exercise preScription on the weight-losing and mental effect of professional women with obesity. [Methods] 15 professional women with obesity in a college were divided into obesity group and overweight group, different exercise prescription were performed to them for 10 weeks. The BMI, serum glucose, lipid, insulin and leptin of them were detected and compared before and after the trail. The mental health was evaluated with SCL-90. [ Results] When compared with those before losing weight, BMI, waistline, the level of serum glucose, lipid, insulin and leptin showed to be significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ) as well as the mental health could be significandy improved. [Conclusion] Different exercise prescription could significandy control the body weight, improve body figures and reduce the level of serum leptin and insulin
