重庆市中学生性知识、性态度和性行为现况调查

CROSS-SECTIONAL INVESTIGATION ON THE SEXUAL KNOWLEDGE,ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR OF MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS IN CHONGQING

[目的]了解重庆市中学生性知识、性态度和性行为的现状,为青少年性健康教育提供参考依据。[方法]采用分层整群抽样方法,选取两所中学的初一到高三的学生进行问卷调查。[结果]中学生最想了解的性知识内容是青春期表现及卫生(41.79%);在获取性知识的最主要途径中,学校健康教育课程居第1位(43.83%),其次是通过阅读书刊、电视;而提供性知识指导最多的是同性朋友或同学,父亲指导最少,男女性别间差异有统计学意义,女生中母亲指导居第2位;对性病、艾滋病的知晓率为75.46%。性态度方面,68.65%的学生认为应该接受性知识教育;23.22%的学生对学校性健康教育满意;47.25%的学生赞成或理解早恋。在性行为方面,14.75%的学生有过手淫;8.56%的学生有过性行为史,男生(14.47%)高于女生(3.06%),差异有统计学意义。[结论]重庆市中学生在获得性知识内容上还不足,性观念较开放,青少年性教育应以学校为主导,社会参与,家长配合,采用多种渠道、多种方式进行。

[ Objective] To investigate the status of sexual knowledge, attitude and behavior of middle school in Chongqing, so as to provide reference for sexual health education for youth. [Methods] Students in Grade 1 to Grade 3 were collected with stratified cluster sampling method to investigate with questionnaires. [ Results] The sexual knowledge which middle school students were most interested in was about manifestation and health of adolescence （41.79%）; They mainly acquired the sexual knowledge from the health education courses in school （43.83%）, books and periodicals, and television. For middle school students, they gained guide of sexual knowledge mainly from their same sex peers and classmates, while little from their fathers. The person who gave guide to middle school students were found significantly different between male and female students. For female students, their mothers ranked the second among the person who gave them guide of sexual knowledge. The awareness rate for VDS and AIDS was 75.46%. For sexual attitude, 68.65% of these students believed that they should receive sexual education, 23.22% of the students were satisfied with sexual health education as well as 47.25% of these students were in favor of premature love or agree with it. For sexual behaviors, 14.75% of students had masturbation, and 8.56% of students have had sex intercourse of which the male students were more than the female students. [Conclusion] Middle school students were lack of sexual knowledge, the sexual concept show to be freedom. The sexual education for adolescence should be carried out predominant in school, and combination of society involvement and parents with multi-channels and multi-styles.
