全封闭式教学期间专升本医学生的生活质量调查

摘要 [目的]掌握专升本医学生在封闭式教学期间的生活质量现状。[方法]采用MOSSF-36量表的中文版对驻某教学基地的282名专升本医学生进行生活质量测量。[结果]在18~24岁男生中生理职能和情感职能均显著低于杭州常模,总体健康、活力和精神健康均显著高于杭州常模;生理职能、情感职能和精神健康均显著低于美国常模;25~34岁中,生理职能、身体疼痛和情感职能均显著低于杭州常模,活力和精神健康均显著高于杭州常模;生理职能、总体健康、情感职能和社会功能均显著低于美国常模。在18~24岁女生中生理职能、身体疼痛和情感职能均显著低于杭州常模,而生理功能、总体健康、活力和精神健康显著高于杭州常模;生理功能、生理职能、身体疼痛和情感职能均显著低于美国常模,而活力显著高于美国常模;25~34岁中生理职能、身体疼痛、社会功能和情感职能均显著低于杭州常模,其余均显著高于杭州常模;而其活力显著高于美国常模;除生理功能外,其他均显著低于美国常模。年龄、家人关心程度、自评健康和疾病治疗效果均是影响生活质量的因素。[结论]全封闭式教学导致生活质量中的生理职能和情感职能下降,进行具有针对性的心理支持和心理辅导,增加锻炼时间可以提高全封闭式教学学生的生活质量。 [ Objective ] To investigate the current status of the quality of life of medical students upgraded from threeyears college during totally-enclosed type teaching. [ Methods] The quality of life of 282 medical students upgraded from three-years college were investigated with Chinese vision MOS SF-36 questionnaires during totally-enclosed type teaching. [ Results] When compasred with the Norm of Hangzhou the physiological function and emotional function of male students at the age of 18-24 years were significantly lower, while the general health, vitality and mental health were significantly better; The physiological function, emotional function and mental health were significantly lower than the American Norm; For male students at the age of 25 to 34 years, physiological function, physical pain and emotional function showed to be significantly better than Norm of Hangzhou, while the vitality and mental health showed to be significantly better; The physiological function, general health, emotional function and social function revealed to be significantly lower than American Norm. For female students aged from 18 to 24 years, physiological function, physical pain and emotional showed to be significantly lower when compared with Norm of Hangzhou, while physical limitation, general health, vitality and mental health was significantly better. The physiological function, physical limitation, physical pain and emotion function were significantly prior to the American Norm. but the vitality was significantly inferior. When compared with the Norm of Hangzhou, the physiological function, physical pain, social function and emotional function were significantly inferior, while other indexes showed to be prior to, as well as the vitality was prior to the American Normal. Except physical limitation, all indexes were inferior to American Norm. The influencing factors included age, the families' concern, serf-evaluation on the health, and effieacv of diseases. [Conclusion] The totally-enclosed type teaching could decrease the quality of life including physiological function pain and emotional function. Increasing related psychological support and guidance and exercises could improve the quality of life of students during totallyenclosed type teaching.
