摘要
[目的]探讨热毒宁辅助治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效。[方法]将114例临床确诊为支原体肺炎患儿随机分成两组,治疗组58例,应用阿齐霉素加热毒宁静滴。对照组54例,单用阿齐霉素静滴。[结果]治疗组治愈56例,有效率95%,对照组治愈48例,有效率86%,两组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。[结论]热毒宁联合阿齐霉素治疗小儿肺炎疗效显著,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effects of Reduning injection on mycoplasma pneumonia of children.Methods 114 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomized into the treatment group（n= 58）and the control group（n = 56）.The treatment group was treated with Reduning injection and Azithromycin,the control group only with Azithromycin.Results There were 56 cases completely cured in treatment group,the rate of efficacy was 95%,however 48 cases cured and the rate of efficacy was 86%.A significant difference showed between the two groups（P﹤0.05）.The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better than in the control group.Conclusion Reduning injection is worth being extended on therapy of mycoplasma pneumonia due to its excellent therapic effects and small side effect.
