摘要
[目的]探讨信号转导与转录活化因子(signal transducers and activators of transcription 5,STAT5)和细胞周期素D1(cyclinD1)在星型胶质细胞瘤组织中表达的关系,为星型胶质细胞瘤的分子病理机理和新的可能治疗途径提供实验依据。[方法]用免疫组化方法检测51例不同级别脑星型胶质细胞瘤组织和10例脑外伤内减压切除脑组织中活化的信号转导与转录活化因子(STAT5)、细胞周期素D1(cyclinD1)的表达程度。[结果](1)44例脑星型胶质细胞瘤组织和6例脑组织中STAT5呈阳性表达,与对照组相比,星型胶质细胞瘤组织中存在STAT5的过度表达现象,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。(2)星型胶质细胞瘤恶性程度越高STAT5表达越强(χ2=20.027,γ=0.581,P=0.018﹤0.05)。(3)51例星型胶质细胞瘤组织中均有不同程度的表达,二者呈正相关(P﹤0.01)。[结论]STAT5在星型胶质细胞瘤组织中呈过度表达并且随着星型胶质细胞瘤恶性程度的增高而表达增强,STAT5、cyclinD1在星型胶质细胞瘤组织中的表达呈正相关,可能参与并促进星型胶质细胞瘤细胞增殖。
[Objective] To explore the correlation between the expressions of signal transducers and activators of transcription(STAT5)and cyclinD1 in gliomas and to provid data for the molecular mechanisms and new treatment of human gliomas.Methods The expressions of STAT5,cyclinD1 of 51 human gliomas and 10 human normal brain tissue that was as control group were respectively examined by immunohistochemical method.Results(1)Among 51 cases of human glioma,there were 44 cases positive expression of STAT5.There were 6 cases positive expressions of STAT5 in control group.Comparing with control group,STAT5 was overexpression in human glioma.(2)There were different level expressions of STAT5 in different grade gliomas,the expression of STAT5 in high-grade gliomas was higher than that of low-grade gliomas,with the progress of tumor clinical grade the positive expression of STAT5 increased.(3)Comparison of between STAT5,cyclinD1 in human glioma showed that there was significant correlation in each factor(P﹤0.01).Conclusion TThe expression of STAT5 in gliomas is higher than that of control group,and the expression of STAT5 in high-grade gliomas is higher than that of low-grade gliomas.The expression of STAT5 is positively related to the expression of cyclinD1 in the glioma.So STAT5 is likely related to proliferation of glioma cell.
