摘要
观察了针刺和Ｋ＋注射对大鼠子宫肌电的影响。结果，Ｋ＋注射后引起大鼠子宫肌电爆发波、单波的释放加剧；针刺后大鼠的子宫肌电发放单波的频率、波幅显著增加；针刺后３０ｍｉｎ对子宫进行Ｋ＋注射，其子宫肌电发放表现为平缓趋势。提示，子宫肌电发放与痛有关，针刺可通过加快子宫肌电的发放，缩短痛的历时，达到镇痛目的。
$$$ Acupuncture and K + injection can affect the myoelectric of the uterus in rats. Firstly, K + injection can enhance the myoelectric activity of the uterus in rats. It shows that the burst wave and single wave give off rapidly. Secondly, after acupuncture, the myoelectric activity of the uterus can increase the frequency and anplitude of the single wave. Thirdly, after thirty minutes of acupuncture, the uterus is injected with K +, the myoelectric activity of the uterus is flat tendency. It indicates that the myoelectric activity of the uterus is related to the pain in some degree. Acupuncture can stimulate the myoelectric activity of the uterus in order to shorten the period of the pain and reduce the pain.
