木菠萝种质资源数据库系统的建立

木菠萝是我国南方的特有果树之一。为便于在木菠萝种质资源调查和评价过程中各类数据资料的管理和共享,本文以Delphi 7.0为主导设计语言,建立了木菠萝种质资源信息系统。该系统将各类数据分成9张表,主要包括种质的收集地信息、种质评价信息、种质管理和利用信息及种质性状信息,除实现多年性状调查数据的管理外,还能按种质关联显示其相关的环境信息、利用信息和评价信息,并在实际应用中收到了较好的效果。木菠萝种质数据库系统的成功建立,为其他果树种质资源数据库的建立积累了经验。

Jackfruit is a distinctive fruit tree in South China. To facilitate data managing and sharing acquired during jackfruit germplasm investigation and evaluation, the jackfruit dababase management system was designed using program in Delphi 7. 0 language. In this system, data associated with germplasm were inducted into 9 tables, including mainly germplasm collecting information, germplasm evaluation information, germplasm management and utilization information and character description table. Expect for having the function of management for germplasm characteristics acquired through several years ＂investigation, this system can also simultaneity display germplasm deposit site information, utilization information and evaluation information in associated with different germplasm accession. In jackfruit germplasm investigation and collecting processes, this system showed anticipated successes and efficiency. And efficiency, which can be reference for other fruit germplasm database in the future.
