摘要 21例持续性植物状态(PVS)患者中潜伏期听觉诱发电位(ML-AEP)异常率为100%,证明ML-AEP对PVS具有较高的诊断价值,有助于确定脑干以上听通路的损害。同时证明ML-AEP波Na、Pa起源于颞叶及皮质下等结构。患者出现PMR可能提示其存在部分意识,两侧PMR存在可作为PVS意识恢复的标志,而两侧PMR消失可作为PVS辅助诊断的标准之一。 The abnormality rate of middle-latency auditory evoked potential (ML-AEP) was100% in 21 patients with persistent vegetative state (PVS). ML-AEP was valuable for diagnosisof PVS and helpful to definition of the lesions of auditory pathway above brainstem. And it wasdemonstrated that the waves Na and Pa originated from temporal lobe and subcortical structure,etc. It was also suggested that unilateral postauricular muscle reflex (PMR) indicate the subclinical existence of awareness, and bilateral PMR the recovery from PVS, whereas the absence of bilateral PMR be one of standards for accessory diagnosis of PVS.
