摘要
目的:建立金银花冰爽含片中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定绿原酸的含量,色谱柱:DikmaKromasil C18柱(5μm,250×4.6mm);流动相:甲醇-0.5%磷酸溶液(26∶74);流速:0.8 ml.min-1;检测波长:326nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:10μl。结果:绿原酸在0.08～0.8μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.68%,RSD为1.26%(n=5)。试验测得金银花冰爽含片中绿原酸的含量为3.56mg/片。结论:该方法简便、快速、有效、灵敏、准确、具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。
Objective：To establish a method for the content determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Jinyinhua Bingshuang Tablet.Methods： The content of chlorogenic acid was detected by HPLC.The separation was carried out on a Dikma Kromasil C18 column （5μm,250×4.6mm）.The mobile phase was methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid solution（26：74） ;The flow rate was 0.8 ml·min^-1;The detective wavelength was set at 326nm;The column temperature was 30℃ and the sample size was 10μl.Results： The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.08-0.8μg（r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 98.68% with RSD 1.26%（n=5）. Each tablet contained Chlorogenic Acid 3.56mg. Conclusion ：This method was simple,rapid,efficient,sensitive,accurate and with good repeatability and recovery,it could be used as a quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
