AF系统内固定加人工骨植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折

APPLICATION OF AF SYSTEM INTERNAL FIXATION COMBINING WITH BONE GRAFT FOR TREATMENT OF THORACOLUMBAR VERTEBRAL BURST FRACTURES

目的:探讨后路AF系统内固定加人工骨植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的临床疗效。方法:对62例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者行后路AF系统撑开复位内固定后行横突、关节突植入人工骨治疗。结果:经10个月￣6年随访,椎体前缘平均高度由术前48%恢复到术后91%,植骨融合率96.8%。脊髓损伤的患者,术后神经功能按Frankel分级提高1￣3级。结论:后路AF系统内固定加人工骨植骨操作简便,固定可靠,减小手术创伤,是一种治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的有效方法。

Objective：To explore and evaluate the clinical result of the application of AF system fixation combining with bone graft for treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral burst frature.Method：Sixty-two cases of thoracolumbar vertebral burst fractures were treated by AF system fixation combining bone graft.Results：The cases were followed up for 10-72months.Anterior height of compressed vertebral bodies were restored from 48% preoperatively to 91% postoperatively.According to Frankel classfication,the recovery paralysis raised 1-3 grades. Conclusions：AF system internal fixation plus bone graft is a minimal invasive and effective method in treatment of thoracolumbar vertebual burst fractures.
