摘要
目的:探讨单纯鼻中隔矫正术在治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:对79例慢性鼻窦炎(Ⅰ型1、2期;Ⅱ型1期)的患者行鼻中隔矫正术而未行鼻窦炎的功能性鼻内镜手术。结果:随访半年到一年,总有治疗效率为89.8%。其中治愈75.9%,好转13.9%。结论:鼻中隔偏曲在慢性鼻窦炎的发生发展中起着重要的作用,行鼻中隔矫正能达到治疗慢性鼻窦炎的目的。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of only submucous correction of nasal septum in treating chronic sinusitis. Method： 79 cases of deviation of nasal septum with chronic sinusitis （ Type Ⅰ stage 1,2; Type Ⅱ stage 1）,which were only treated by nasal sept.al reconstruction under endoscope, were retrospectively analyed.Result： After 6 months to one year,the total effective rate was 89.8%（eure rate ？5.9%,improve rate 13.9%）.Conclusion： Deviation of nasal septum has great effect on development of chronic sinusitis.The surgery of submueous correction of nasal septum in evaluation is effective in treating chronic sinusitis.
