ABCB4基因与胆汁脂类转运 被引量：1

摘要 肝脏是脂类代谢的中心，肝细胞通过其细胞膜的毛细胆管面，每天分泌约1g胆固醇和4g卵磷脂（磷脂酰胆碱phosphaddyl—choline，PC）进入胆汁。胆汁中的卵磷脂有助于胆固醇的溶解，防止疏水的胆固醇分子在胆道内形成胆固醇性结石。胆盐是一种天然的离子型去垢剂，卵磷脂可灭活其去垢活性，防止对肝脏和胆道上皮细胞的损伤。
