Causes of Dedusting Problems and Countermeasures

根据港务原料总厂除尘设备的运行经验,除尘效率与清灰效果、除尘器的漏风率及日常维护有着重要关系,本文从以上三个方面对影响除尘运行效率的原因进行分析并找出解决办法,以使除尘运行效率达到最佳状态。

Based on the operating experience of the dedusting equipment of Mateel＇s Port Affairs ＆ Material Plant, it is found that dedusting effects are greatly related with ash-removal results, the air-leakage rate of dedusters and routine maintenance. Factors affecting dedusting effects from the above three aspects are analyzed and countermeasures are found to make the dedusting operation to the best state.
