摘要 国内外现有以钠硝石为原料生产硝酸钠的工艺,采用冷冻或冷析工艺生产硝酸钠,存在能耗高、工艺路线长投资大、硝酸钠结晶设备结垢严重等问题。采用提出的专利技术热法生产硝酸钠工艺,具有节能、工艺简练省投资;采用专利设备可以减缓设备结垢、延长生产周期等特点。 The existing process at home and abroad for producing sodium nitrate with natron saltpeter as the raw material by means of freezing or cooling to crytalize sodium nitrate has the problems of high energy consumption,long process route, large investment, and serious scaling in sodium nitrate crystalization equip- ment,etc.The patent thermal process and equipment for producing sodium nitrate is characteristic of saving energy, concise process, less investment, retarding scaling and prolonging production period.
