本文通过工程实例介绍了静压预应力高强管桩在某高层建筑中的应用,利用静压桩终压力估算单桩竖向承载力的设计方法及有关施工技术要求。

A design experience of a high - rise building is introduced to illustrate the application of statically pressed pretensioned spun high - strength concrete pipe pile. The design method to estimate the bearing capacity of single pile base on the final pressure is presented in this paper,and the construction measures are discussed as well.
