摘要 目的探讨PCNA和CXCR4蛋白在青年乳腺癌肿瘤组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测24例青年乳腺癌的PCNA、CXCR4表达,并与随机抽取的同期50例中老年乳腺癌相比较。结果24例青年乳腺癌PCNA、CXCR4表达率分别是83.3%、70.8%。中老年组PCNA、CXCR4表达率分别是64.0%、52.0%。青年乳腺癌PC-NA、CXCR4表达率均高于中老年组(P<0.05)。结论PCNA及CXCR4高表达与青年乳腺癌组织分化差,侵袭性强有关。 Objective To evaluate the expression and significance of PCNA and CXCR4 protein in breast cancer tissues from young women.Methods The expression of PCNA and CXCR4 was evaluated by immunohistochemical method in tissues from 24 young women with breast cancer.50 middle and old aged women with breast cancer were used as controls.Results The positive rates of CXCR4 and PCNA in the young group were 83.3% and 70.8%,and the positive rates of PCNA and CXCR4 in the control group were 64.0% and 52.0%.The positive rates of CXCR4 and PCNA in the young group was higher than that in the control group(P〈 0.05).Conclusion The high positive rates of PCNA and CXCR4 in tissues from young breast cancer patients are correlated with the high histological grade and strong invasion potentials.
