摘要目的探讨β-连环蛋白与胃腺癌的发生及Lauren分型、分化、侵袭、转移和TNM分期的关系。方法采用MaxvisionTM快捷免疫组织化学方法,检测54例胃腺癌组织和30例正常胃黏膜组织中β-连环蛋白的表达。结果进展期胃腺癌组织β-连环蛋白异常表达率高于早期胃腺癌组织和正常胃黏膜组织（P〈0.01）;弥漫型胃腺癌组织β-连环蛋白异常表达率高于肠型胃腺癌组织（P〈0.05）;低分化胃腺癌组织β-连环蛋白异常表达率高于高-中分化腺癌组织（P〈0.05）;肿瘤浸润至浆膜及浆膜外,其组织β-连环蛋白异常表达率高于肿瘤浸润至肌层组织和黏膜及黏膜下组织（P〈0.01）;有淋巴结及远处转移胃腺癌组织β-连环蛋白异常表达率分别高于无淋巴结及无远处转移组织（P〈0.05）;Ⅲ-Ⅳ期胃腺癌组织β-连环蛋白异常表达率高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期胃腺癌组织（P〈0.01）。结论β-连环蛋白与胃腺癌的发生密切相关,也与胃腺癌的Lauren分型、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移和TNM分期相关,提示β-连环蛋白基因在胃腺癌的发生、浸润、转移中起一定的作用。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of β-catenin with the carcinogenesis,Lauren types,differentiation,invasion,metastasis and TNM stage in gastric carcinoma.Methods The expression of β-catenin was evaluated by MaxvisionTM immunohistochemistry in the tissues from 54 formalin fixed,paraffin-embedded specimens of gastric adenocarcinoma tumors and 30 specimens of nomal stomach mucomembrenous epithelia.Results The abnormal expression of β-catenin protein in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma is higher than that in early gastric adenocarcinoma and nomal stomach mucomembrenous epithelia（P〈0.01）;The abnormal expression of β-catenin protein in diffuse type cancers is higher than that in intestinal type cancers（P〈0.05）;The abnormal expression of β-catenin protein in the poorly differentiated cancer was higher than that in the well and moderately differentiated cancer（P〈0.05）;The abnormal expression of β-catenin protein was higher in tumor invaded to serosa than that invaded to muscularis propriaand mucosa or submuosa（P〈0.01）;The abnormal expression of β-catenin protein in cancers with lymph node and distant metastasis was higher than that without lymph node and without distant metastasis（P〈0.05）;The abnormal expression of β-catenin protein in Ⅲ～Ⅳstage is higher than that inⅠ～Ⅱstage（P〈0.01）.conclusions The abnormal expression of β-catenin protein is related to the tumorigenesis,Lauren type,histological grade,metastasis and TNM stage,which indicates that β-catenin may involve in the carcinogenesis and evolution of the gastric adernocarcinoma.
