我国建筑行业的技术发展经历了探索阶段、推广阶段和成熟阶段,然而,与国际先进技术相比,我国建筑业技术创新仍存在着许多问题,造成这些问题的原因是多方面的,我国建筑业只有采取各种有效措施,不断加强技术创新,才能增强自身的竞争力。
