根据当今国内外工程项目管理技术的发展和公司现状,从管理业务方面进行了需求分析;同时,按照国际通用的PMBOK项目管理九大知识体系理论思想和现代管理方法以及业务需求,对业务流程、总体框架、主要功能模块进行了分析和描述;提出了"工程项目管理信息系统"总体构建方案。可为从事工程项目管理业务信息化的企业和对此行业感兴趣的工程技术人员提供参考和借鉴。
