摘要
港口退出与港口建设一样,是国民经济发展的必然产物,对城市建设的可持续发展具有极其重要的意义。首先阐述了港口退出机制产生的必要性和必然性,并在探讨世界部分港口退出形式的基础上,总结出适合我国的港口退出形式的6种运作模式,即住宅居住型模式、商贸办公型模式、文化娱乐型模式、交通整合型模式、环境保护型模式和城市市政建设综合型模式。最后,提出以港城协调发展度作为港口退出机制的实施依据,从而为实现我国港口可持续发展提供了新的思路。
Port withdrawal, the same as port construction, is the inevitable outcome of national economy, which is extremely important to the sustainable development of city. The necessity of port withdrawal mechanism is first explained in the paper, and on the basis of discussing withdrawal patterns of some ports in the world, six operation modes of port withdrawal mechanism suitable for Chinese ports are summarized, namely housing ＆ habitation mode, business ＆ office mode, culture ＆ entertainment mode, traffic-integration mode, environment- protection mode and municipal infrastructures-synthesis mode. Finally the coordination development degree is used as the implementation basis of port withdrawal mechanism, in order to provide a new idea for realizing the sustainable development of ports in China.
