京清运河建设的设想

Assumption on Construction of Jingqing Canal

运河的建设对于沟通不同水系的航道,使之形成现代化内河航道网是十分重要的。通过对山东省内河航道现状的分析,提出建设京清运河的设想,并且就其航道路线走向、航道建设标准、通航枢纽和港口的设置、沿线桥梁及节制闸的建设、建设存在的主要问题及建议等,进行了重点阐述,为今后相关部门决策时提供参考。

It is quite important to construct canal to link up the channels of different river system and form modern channel net of inland rivers. A formulation about the construction of Jingqing Canal was presented on the basis of the analysis of the current state of inland fiver channel in Shandong province. The route,construction criteria, location of pivotal ports, construction of bridges and regulating locks along the canal, and key problems concerning the construction are represented. The result is expected to serve as a reference for decision-making of relative official sections.
