摘要
航道整治工程中整治水位的确定关系到工程的成败,以往采用的第二造床流量法在部分河段出现了确定值偏高的情况,但由于对该方法的理论基础、基本概念、适用条件认识不足,人们难以解释偏高原因。文章以长江中下游航道整治工程为背景,从河床演变基本规律入手,分析研究了造床流量基本概念、计算方法的内在含义、应用实例及其存在问题,结果表明,造床流量法确定的整治水位偏高不是第二造床流量对应水位本身偏高,而是这一水位作为浅滩河段的整治水位不具有普遍性。
Regulation water level is very important to channel regulation works. It is difficult to explain the reason of higher regulation water level determined by the method of the second bed-forming discharge because of the lack of understanding on the theoretical basis, basic concept and applicability of the method. Taking the regulation works in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River as the background, we analyzed the basic concept of the bed-forming discharge starting from the principle of river-bed evolution, and discussed the intrinsic meaning of its computational method. The results indicated that determined regulation water level by the method of the second bed- forming discharge was not appropriate to all rivers, but only part of them.
