从运动员四大问题注册现象看我国竞技体育制度文化缺失

Defects of competitive sports system culture in China as seen from athlete registration problems

制度文化建设是竞技体育的一个薄弱环节,既有传统文化影响也有社会现实原因。竞技体育中存在着倒注、抢注、复注、改注四大问题注册现象,反映了我国竞技体育制度文化在法理精神、制度理性、制度创新方面的缺失,并由此提出若干对策建议。

A research was done into the competitive sports system culture in China as seen from the athlete registration problems. ＂The results showed that the construction of the sports system culture had long been a weak point in competitive sports, influenced by both traditional culture and social reality. Post-registration,reemptive registration, repetitive registration and renewed registration reflected that there were defects in spirit, rationality and creativity of law. In view of this, countermeasures were proposed.
