摘要
介绍一个具有代表性的居住小区的综合节能应用技术，在小区规划、建筑设计中，通过合理确定建筑体型系数，窗墙面积比，对外墙、屋面、外窗等采取节能措施，加强供热管网保温，改善了室内热环境。
A comprehensive energy-saving practical technology for the design and construction of the residential district is presented in this paper,which is mainly focussed on the following major factors:(1)The general plan and the architectural design of the housing quarter,(2)The appropriate determination of the architectural style and its coefficient,(3) The area-coefficient and the area-ratio between the window and the adjacent wall,(4) The energy-saving measures for all those external walls,roofs and windows,etc ,(5)The Strengthening of thermal insulation for heating supply pipelines,(6)The improvement of indoor environment All these mentioned above have achieved success in the social benefit and environmental efficacy
