基于全网最优效益发电竞价系统的研究与开发

Research and development of power bidding system based on optimization efficiency for whole power network

摘要 发电竞价上网是实现电力市场化的重要举措和必然趋势。本文详细研究了容量合同电量、容量合同电价和全电量竞价的原则、方法及数学模型,实时市场的竞价模型、报价方式及上网交易、结算的数学模型等,并在此基础上研究开发了基于"容量合同+全电量竞价+实时市场"模式的发电竞价系统。 The implementation of power bidding is an important action and necessary trend during the realization of power market, in this paper, the confirmed principle, means and mathematic model of capacity contract quantity, capacity contract price and whole power quantity bidding, and bidding model, quote ways and mathematic model of bidding, bargaining and settlement in timely market of the pivotal mode etc. are investigated in detail and the system is developed.
