摘要
主要阐述了电子舱测试系统中对Agilent 33220A信号源控制模块的设计与研究。基于Visual C++6.0开发了相应的仪器控制程序。在电子舱测试系统中作为信号源,程控来产生所需要各种波形,以满足测试的需求。PC机通过LAN口与仪器通讯,硬件只需要一根网线,因此硬件结构简单,成本也很低廉。
In this paper, the design of Agilent 33220A as signal source, in electron cabin test system, is paid much attention to. The corresponding control program, which based on visual C ＋ ＋ 6.0, is developed and all kinds of signal can be generated by programmable control, which can meet the test need. What is more, PC can communicate with the instruments by LAN port, and only one Netware is needed, therefore the structure of hardware is very simple, cost is also very deep.
