摘要
本文介绍特种构件(即非圆截面构件)缠绕机计算机控制系统。控制的难度比圆形截面缠绕要大得多,为此,采用了系统辨识、自动增益控制、动态补偿和自适应控制技术,设计了层内调节、逐层调节及顶点调节的特殊缠绕速度控制算法和退绕张力控制算法。
The computer control system of take-up machine with special type section (non-round) component is expatiated. For the controlling is more difficult than winding with round cross section component, so the identification of system, automatic gain control dynamic compensating control and adaptive control technology are used and the control arithmetic of regulation with in the tier, between the tiers and the vertex for the special winding speed and the tension of unwinding are designed.
