摘要
文章主要从军用设备可靠性的角度出发,详述了测试系统的设计过程,包括元器件的选型,系统方案的确定,并对信号调理电路的数学模型做出可靠性分析,计算出系统的MTBF(平均故障间隔时间),为系统的可靠性工作提供理论保证。
This paper introduces the process of test system on the point of military equipments reliability, including the choosing of component, the deciding of system scheme, and analyses the mathematical model of signal detection circuits, the result shows that MTBF(Mean Time Between Failures) provides the academic guarantee for the reliability of the system.
