摘要
在时栅位移传感器的研制过程中,提出了一种基于LabVIEW的传感器误差修正和补偿方法,并在LabVIEW环境中实现时栅位移传感器测量的误差曲线分析和拟合算法,提高了时栅传感器的精度.
A method based on LabVIEW is presented for error correction and compensation during the research process of time grating displacement sensor. Under the LabVIEW environment, the measuring error curve analysis and fitting algorithm of time grating displacement sensor are realized, and the precision of the sensor is greatly promoted.
