针对青少年篮球运动员成长时期的心理发展特点,通过文献查阅、跟踪训练、观察比赛等方式,了解罚球得分的重要性和特殊性,着重从心理素质方面对影响青少年篮球罚球命中率的心理因素进行分析和研究,阐述心理素质对罚球所起的关键作用.重视和加强对青少年篮球运动员的心理训练,使青少年篮球运动员提高技、战术和身体训练的同时,心理素质和应变能力也得到同步提高.

For young basketball players＇ psychological characteristics of the development during the growth, the importance and particularity of scoring in free throws were understood through consulting documents, tracking training, observing competitions. Focusing on psychological quality impact, psychological factors about hit ratio in free throws for the youth were analyzed and researched. The psychological quality＇ s playing key role on free throws was expatiated. Attach importance to and strengthen the psychological training for youth basketball players, which not only improves their technic, tactics and physical training, but also their psychological quality and response capabilities.
