循证护理在静脉输液中的应用

Evidence-based Nursing in the Intravenous Transfusion

目的运用循证护理的方法,探讨静脉输液的适当穿刺角度。方法通过循证护理的四个步骤,对需静脉输液的患者分别采用≥45°(观察组)和20°(对照组)角度行静脉穿刺,进行自身对照,并对痛感做出比较。结果观察组痛觉明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论运用循证护理方法,可使静脉穿刺技术更规范且达到穿刺无痛、快速、准确无误的质量标准,明显提高静脉输液的效果。

Objective： To discuss the appropriate puncturing angle of intravenous transfusion in the evidence-based way. Methods： We followed the four steps of evidence- based nursing and divided the patients that needed intravenous transfusion into two groups （the surveyed group and compared group ） The first group were punctured with ≥450 and the second group were punctured with 200.The sense of pain wascompared by the two groups. Results： The sense of pain of the first group was less than that of the second and the difference Was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： evidence- based nursing can alleviate the pain and be swift, accurate and more efficient when the patients are given intravenous transfusion.
