摘要
目的对接受机械通气治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者给予早期营养支持干预,提高其营养指数,降低通气时间和住院天数。方法将2005年—2007年入住本院呼吸科的118例使用B IPAP呼吸机治疗的COPD患者随机分为两组,实验组施行早期肠内鼻饲营养支持,而对照行常规饮食护理。结果实验组治疗前后血气分析结果明显优于对照组;实验组平均住院天数、通气天数低于对照组,而一次脱机成功率高于对照组。结论早期肠内营养支持护理简便安全,有助于机械通气患者呼吸系统功能的恢复。
Objective To improve the nutritional status, shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation and hospital stay, nursing intervention of early nutritional support was given to patients of chronic obstructive puhnonary disease (COPD) with type Ⅱ respiratory failure under mechanical ventilation treatment. Methods From 2003 to 2005, one hundred and eighteen inpatients who suffered from COPD and received mechanical ventilation treatment at the respiratory department participated in the study. The patients were randomly assigned into the study group and the control group. The patients in study group were given early enteral nutrition support via nasogastric feeding while the patients in control group received ordionary diet. Results Obvious improvement of parameters in blood gas analyses were observed in the study group as compared with the control group. The average hospital stay and duration of mechanical ventilation in study group were shorter. The success rate of ventilator withdrawal was also higher. Conclusion Rational and proper nutritional support is helpful to restore and improve the patient' s respiratory function. The treatment is safe and feasible.
