摘要
目的为了探讨皮肤鳞状细胞癌(简称鳞癌)中核因子-κB(Nuclear factor kappaB,NF-κB)、基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)的表达及其与肿瘤分化程度和淋巴结转移的关系。方法用ABC免疫组化技术观察50例皮肤鳞癌(高分化鳞癌34例,低分化鳞癌16例,其中14例淋巴结转移)。结果NF-κB与MMP-2表达于瘤细胞和癌旁间质细胞、内皮细胞质中。NF-κB表达阳性率为80%,在低分化鳞癌中的表达明显高于高分化者(P=0.007),且表达越高淋巴结转移率越高(P=0.004)。MMP-2表达阳性率为76%,在低分化鳞癌中的表达明显高于高分化者(P=0.021),且表达越高淋巴结转移率越高(P=0.003)。结论皮肤鳞癌中NF-κB和MMP-2表达与其分化程度及淋巴结转移有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of nuclear factor kappa B ( NF - KB) and matrix metalloproteinase 2 ( MMP - 2) in patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and the correlation of its expressions with tumor differ-entiation and lymph node motastasis. Methods The expressions of NF-κB ,MMP-2 were observed by ABC imunohisto-chemiccal technique in 50 cutaneous SCC ( including 14 SCCs with lymph node metastases), among them there were 34 highly differentiated and 16 poorly differentiated ones. Results NF-κB and MMP-2 were localized within cytoplasm of tumor cells and stremal and endothelial cells surrounding tumor nests. The expressive rate of NF-κB was 80%, and expression in poorly differentiated tumors was significantly higher than that in highly differentiated ones (P = 0.007), and the higher expression of NF-κB was , higher rate of lymph node metastasis would be (P = 0.004). The expressive rate of MMP-2 was 76%, and the expression in poorly differentiated tumors was significantly higher than that in highly differentiated ones (P = 0. 021 ), and the higher expression of MMP-2 was, higher rate of lymph node metastasis would be (P=0.003). Conclusion The expressions of NF-κB and MMP-2 are associated with the differentiation and lymph node metastasis in patients with cutaneous SCC.
