摘要
目的探讨丹参素对D-半乳糖大鼠脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法3月龄SPF级SD雄性大鼠60只,按体重随机分成3组,空白对照组、D-半乳糖模型组和丹参素溶液组。灌胃90d后将大鼠全部处死,观察各组大鼠脑组织SOD活性和MDA含量的区别。结果D-半乳糖模型组大鼠脑组织SOD活性明显低于空白对照组(P<0.05),MDA含量明显高于空白对照组(P<0.05);丹参素溶液组大鼠脑组织SOD活性明显高于D-半乳糖模型组(P<0.05),MDA含量明显低于D-半乳糖模型组(P<0.05)。结论丹参素溶液明显提高衰老模型大鼠的SOD活性,降低MDA含量,表明丹参素溶液具有抗衰老作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Danshensu on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the MDA content in brain tissue of D-galactose rats. Methods Sixty male SPF rats aged 3 months were randomly divided into blank control group, D-galactose group and danshensu groups. All rats were killed 90 days observation , then the activity of SOD and the MDA contents were determined. Results The activity of SOD in rats of D-galactose group was significantly lower than that of blank control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), while the MDA contents was significantly higher than that of blank control group (P 〈 0.05 ) . Compared with the D-galactose group, the activity of SOD in Danshensu group was significantly higher ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ,the MDA contents was lower (P 〈 0.05 ) than that of the D-galactose group . Conclusion Danshensu is capable of enhancing the activity of SOD and lowering the MDA contents in brain tissue of aging rats, showing that it paly an important role in Anti-aging aspect.
