思密达、双歧杆菌治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察思密达、双歧杆菌治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法将新生儿高胆红素血症68例随机分为思密达、双歧杆菌治疗组和常规治疗组;常规治疗组采用蓝光治疗、鲁米那口服,苦黄、白蛋白静滴等治疗。思密达、双歧杆菌治疗组是在常规治疗的基础上加用双歧杆菌活菌散和思密达口服,并观察两组患儿黄疸消退时间及胆红素下降情况。结果思密达、双歧杆菌治疗组日均胆红素下降值高于常规组,胆红素降至正常值的天数短于常规治疗组,两组比较有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论思密达、双歧杆菌活菌散治疗新生儿高胆红素血症有显著疗效。
