经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的临床应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨经皮穿刺椎体成形术(PVP)对骨质疏松性椎体骨折的治疗作用并评价其临床效果。方法:对47例骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者采用经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗,在C臂X线机透视引导下,经皮行椎弓根穿刺后,将甲基丙烯甲酯(PMMA)注入机体,对止痛效果进行评估。术后随访6—12个月。结果:技术操作全部获得成功,患椎平均注入PMMA6.4ml。术后37例疼痛完全缓解(78.7%),10例部分缓解(21.3%),有效率达100%,患者活动度增加。所有患者无需切开手术治疗,未出现肺栓塞、神经损伤等并发症。结论:经皮穿刺椎体成形术在治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折时,创伤小、操作简单、并发症少,能有效地重建椎体强度,并能较好地缓解疼痛,是一种较好的脊柱微创治疗技术。
