重症肌无力95例临床分析

目的：对重症肌无力（MG）的临床特点和治疗效果进行分析，总结临床经验。方法：对临床资料完整的95例MG患者的发病年龄、临床特点、治疗手段及疗效作回顾性的总结。结果：男性患者51例，女性患者为44例，患者男女比例为1．16：1。患者年龄为1—73岁，平均年龄为28．5岁。药物治疗79例，有效率92。4％。合并胸腺瘤者行胸腺瘤切除术16例。结论：重症肌无力患者常合并胸腺瘤，不同性别的MG患者发病年龄具有不同的特点，临床表现亦较为复杂多样，充分认识其临床特点将有助于诊断和治疗。药物治疗和胸腺切除术均为治疗重症肌无力的有效手段。

Objective：To investigate the clinical features and treatment effects of myasthenia gravis and summarize the clinical experiences, Methods ： Retrospective analysis on ages, clinical features, treatment approaches and affects, was held on 95 patients who were diagnosed with MG. Results：There were 51 men and 44 women with male to female ratio 1.16 ： 1. The age ranged from 1 to 73 years, and the average was 28. 5. 79cases were treated with drug and total effective rate was 92.4% 16 cases complicated with thymoma received excision of thymoma. Conclusions： Usually, MG patients were complicated with thymoma and the clinical features were complex. Drug treatment and thymoma excision were effective approaches for MG.
