临床应用甘露醇致不良反应病例分析

Clinical application of adverse reactions induced by mannitol Case Analysis

目的:探讨甘露醇在临床应用过程中导致发生不良反应的相关因素。方法:对近8年就诊患者应用甘露醇发生不良反应的病例进行综合分析。结果:应用甘露醇发生不良反应的病例共32例,其中静脉给药28例(87.5%);口服给药4例(12.5%)。以肾损害最为严重,其次过敏反应。结论:医护人员应对临床应用甘露醇所致的不良反应足够重视,以确保患者的用药安全。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical application of mannitol process resulted in adverse reactions related factors. Methods： For the past eight years in our hospital treatment of patients with adverse reactions occurred mannitol a comprehensive analysis of the case. Results： Application of mannitol cases of adverse reactions in a total of 32 cases, including 28 cases of intravenous （87. 5% ） ; oral administration four cases （ 12.5% ）. Renal damage to the most serious, followed by allergic reactions. Conclusion：Health care workers should clinical application of the adverse reactions caused by mannitol sufficient attention to ensure that patients with drug safety.
