新生儿足底采血局部不良反应的护理

目的：探讨新生儿足底采血局部不良反应的发生原因以及相应的护理对策。方法：收集2007年9～11月的231例次采血资料随机分为对照组和试验组，并对两组局部不良反应发生情况进行比较，对发生的原因进行分析，采取相应的护理对策。结果：试验组不良反应发生率明显底于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在采血过程中对一些存在的问题采取相应的护理对策。可明显减少足底采血局部不良反应的发生，提高护理满意度。

Objective：Discuss the causes and related countermeasures for partial ill - feedback of thenar phlebotomize of neonates. Measure： Collect 231 person - time thenar phlebotomizes form Sep. to Nov 2007 and divide them into experimental group and compared group. Compare the ill -feed- backs of the two groups, analysis their causes and take a series of nursing countermeasures. Result： The probability of the ill -feedback of the experimental group is lower than compared group with the discrepancy of statistics meaning（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Take related nursing measures to existent problems in the course of the thenar phlebotomize could evidently reduce the partial ill -feedback and increase nursing satisfaction.
