粒细胞集落刺激因子在心血管疾病中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 利用粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)动员自体骨髓干细胞(BMDCS)进人外周血,并迁移到受损部位再生修复心血管组织是新的治疗策略。G-CSF对心肌梗死,对动脉粥样硬化、心力衰竭、缺血性外周血管病等多种心血管疾病都有作用。其机制主要是心肌再生、瘢痕修复、血管新生以及心脏直接保护效应。G-CSF对心血管不良反应报道的不多,主要致白细胞增多引起高黏滞血症,还对凝血、抗凝血系统有较大影响。目前研究多提示其安全,且由于无创、操作简便,G-CSF治疗心血管疾病将会在临床广泛开展。
