感染性心内膜炎的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 近年来,感染性心内膜炎(IE)的预防和治疗水平有了较大提高,但其发病率和死亡率仍然较高,特别是院内感染引起的IE病人手术治疗效果差、死亡率更高。多种因素可影响IE病人的预后,而C-反应蛋白作为IE病人预后的指标首次被提出。
