摘要
采用石蜡切片,HE染色法,对四只成年东方白鹳的消化系统各主要器官进行了组织学研究。并与鸡和鸭的消化器官进行了比较。发现了一些明显的特点。
The histologic structure of the digestive organs were studied in 4 Eastern White Storks(Ciconia boycicana) by means of paraffin wax sections, HE mehod.In the study, the digestive organs of the Eastern White Stork were compared with chicken and duck's. Some disctinct characteristics were found.
