萃取络合分光光度法快速测定烟草中烟碱 被引量：3

Extraction-complex Spectrophotometric Determination of Nicotine in Tobacco

摘要 用０．０５ｍｏｌ盐酸提取烟末中烟碱，以溴百里酚蓝为显色剂，用分光光度法测定烟碱含量。实验表明，该法的精密度和回收率均符合要求，测试结果令人满意。 Nicotine is extracted by 0.05 mol/l hydrochloric acid and determined by spectrophotometry at the presence of indicator bromthymol blue.Accuracy and recovery rate are satisfactory.
