With the presence of Raney-Ni catalyst,o-]chloroaniline was prepared from o-nitrochlorobenzene by means of liquid hydrogenation.The factors affecting the reaction were discussed.Cost amounting and the three wastes of this method were compared with the reduction by Fe power.
