摘要
目前中国的性骚扰问题较为严重,但却没有专门的法律来规范性骚扰行为。我国应当借鉴其他国家和地区的经验,制定专门的反性骚扰法,对性骚扰进行界定,理顺性骚扰中的法律关系并设立专门的机构来执行反性骚扰法。
While the problem of sexual harrassment in China is serious, there is no law to regulate sexual harrassment behaviors. China should study laws of other counties and districts and enact anti - sexual harrassment law which would prescribe the concept of sexual harrassment, clarify legal relationship and establish special branch to execute the law.
