摘要
文章对当前西方国家成人教育的发展概况进行论述,认为其主要特点有:办学的自主性、办学内容丰富以及形式的多样和灵活化。在此基础上指出了我国成人教育存在的问题,提出了解决问题的对策建议,以及西方国家成人教育对中国发展成人教育事业具有的重要启示。
This article describes the development of modern adult education in the western countries and sums up its features as ： the initiative in organizing education, the varieties of education, the varieties and flexibility of the educational form. This is of vital importance for the development of the adult education in China.
