Thinking on Enhancement of the University Students' Abilities in the Process of Theory Teaching and Practice Process

随着高等教育的跨越式发展,高校毕业生数量不断增加,就业压力也越来越大。知识结构和能力的不足是目前制约大学生就业的主要因素,知识结构可以通过专业知识的教学和学生加强自身学习而改善,但大学生综合能力的培养和锻炼则需要大学从各个方面改革自身的教育环节,从社会需求的角度有意识地培养学生的能力。文章探讨了高校在理论和实践教学中培养和提高大学生综合能力的一些思路和方法。

With the great leap of high education of China, the number of graduates is soaring, and the pressure of job applying is increasing as well. The shortage of knowledge structure and the abilities of the students are the main reasons for the difficulty of job applying. The former can be made up by the teaching and learning, but the latter needs the improvement of each part in the whole high education processes, and the enhancement of cultivation and training of different abilities in the basis of the society＇ s requirements. In this paper, some ideas and methods for the enhancement of students＇ abilities in the theory teaching and practice process are brought forward and discussed.
