摘要
文章从学校、教师和学生三者关系出发简述当前硕士研究生教育的问题以及企业管理方法和作用,探讨建立企业文化、培养团队合作精神、5S管理、TQC管理、目标管理和绩效考核等企业管理方法在硕士研究生教育中的应用,为当前麦当劳化的现象提供一种"以人为本"的管理理念和方法支持。
The paper is mainly focused on the enterprise management methods and impacts in postgraduate education with respect to three parties: schools, tutors and students. It discusses the application of enterprise management methods such as building up enterprise culture, team-work spirit, 5S management system, TQC management, target management and the performance inspection, in postgraduate education, which offers to current Mcdonaldization phenomenon human-oriented management theoretical and methodological support.
