The paper is mainly focused on the enterprise management methods and impacts in postgraduate education with respect to three parties： schools, tutors and students. It discusses the application of enterprise management methods such as building up enterprise culture, team-work spirit, 5S management system, TQC management, target management and the performance inspection, in postgraduate education, which offers to current Mcdonaldization phenomenon human-oriented management theoretical and methodological support.
